Power on projectors with a remote.

Connect via HDMI

  1. Set the projector source input to HDMI 1.
  2. Connect to the HDMI port with your computer and an HDMI cable.
  3. Set desired display settings (mirrored or extended) in Settings > Displays (Windows) or System Settings > Displays (Mac).

Connect wirelessly via AirServer

All of our classrooms are equipped with AirServers, a wireless, cross-platform presentation solution.

  1. Set the projector source input to HDMI 2.
  2. If your computer is a Windows PC,
    1. Press the Windows key  and K at the same time.
    2. Select the room in the Cast pop-up (e.g., AV 101)
  3. If your computer is an NGU-issued Mac,
    1. Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar (top right corner).
    2. Click Screen Mirroring and select the room (e.g., AV 101).
  4. If your computer is a personal Mac, 
    1. Connect to the Guest WiFi shown on the AirServer (the WiFi name and password is under the Guest Network section on the AirServer).
    2. Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar (top right corner).
    3. Click Screen Mirroring and select the room (e.g., AV 101).
