Power on projectors with a remote.
Connect via HDMI
- Set the projector source input to HDMI 1.
- Connect to the HDMI port with your computer and an HDMI cable.
- Set desired display settings (mirrored or extended) in Settings > Displays (Windows) or System Settings > Displays (Mac).
Connect wirelessly via AirServer
All of our classrooms are equipped with AirServers, a wireless, cross-platform presentation solution.
- Set the projector source input to HDMI 2.
- If your computer is a Windows PC,
- Press the Windows key and K at the same time.
- Select the room in the Cast pop-up (e.g., AV 101)
- If your computer is an NGU-issued Mac,
- Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar (top right corner).
- Click Screen Mirroring and select the room (e.g., AV 101).
- If your computer is a personal Mac,
- Connect to the Guest WiFi shown on the AirServer (the WiFi name and password is under the Guest Network section on the AirServer).
- Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar (top right corner).
- Click Screen Mirroring and select the room (e.g., AV 101).
