Overview

Audience: Staff that are eligible for NGU's Mobile Device Program (policy).  

Description: This article provides instructions for NGU staff eligible for the Mobile Device Program on how to request a paid device upgrade.

Purchasing a Device

If you are requesting a device that is not listed as free, you will need to make payment to the NGU Business Office. You can easily do this with a credit card:

  1. Select the device you want from our list of available devices.
  2. Submit a ticket requesting this device here.
  3. Go to this link to submit payment.
    1. On this page, select OFPS-Reimbursment.
    2. Select iPhone Upgrade
    3. Enter payment details:
      1. The amount listed on the available devices page.
      2. Three-digit department number and department name. If you do not know these, contact your supervisor.
      3. Email and phone number.
      4. Any notes.
  4. Forward the emailed receipt to jonah.losh@ngu.edu. Until you have forwarded Jonah Losh the receipt, your phone will not be ordered.
