Audience: Staff that are eligible for NGU's Mobile Device Program (policy).
Description: This article provides instructions for NGU staff eligible for the Mobile Device Program on how to request a paid device upgrade.
Purchasing a Device
If you are requesting a device that is not listed as free, you will need to make payment to the NGU Business Office. You can easily do this with a credit card:
- Select the device you want from our list of available devices.
- Submit a ticket requesting this device here.
- Go to this link to submit payment.
- On this page, select OFPS-Reimbursment.
- Select iPhone Upgrade
- Enter payment details:
- The amount listed on the available devices page.
- Three-digit department number and department name. If you do not know these, contact your supervisor.
- Email and phone number.
- Any notes.
- Forward the emailed receipt to jonah.losh@ngu.edu. Until you have forwarded Jonah Losh the receipt, your phone will not be ordered.
