Open the Invitation
Locate the meeting invite in your email or calendar and click Join the Meeting Now.
Join via Teams App
- If you have the Microsoft Teams app installed on your desktop or mobile device, click the Join button in the email invitation or on your Teams calendar.
- The app will open and prompt you to choose audio and video settings.
- Once ready, click Join Now to enter the meeting.
Join via Web Browser
- If you don’t have the Teams app installed, click Join the meeting now in the email invite.
- The link opens a page in your browser. Select Join from the web instead.
- Choose your audio and video preferences and click Join Now.
Join from a Mobile Phone
Open Meeting Invite: Open the email or calendar invite on your mobile device.
Join via Teams App: If you have the Microsoft Teams app installed on your smartphone:
- Open the app and find the scheduled meeting.
- Tap to join and follow the prompts to enable audio and video.
Join via Dial-In:
- The invite should include a phone number and conference ID.
- Call the number and enter the conference ID when prompted to join the meeting by phone.
- Tips for Mobile Users: Mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid background noise. If your connection is unstable, turn off video to preserve bandwidth.
