Enabling RemoteSupport Access on Non-NGU Macs

1. Navigate to https://ngu.bomgarcloud.com 

2. Click on the name of the technician who is supporting you to download the file that gives them remote access to your computer. Find the downloaded file and double-click to open.

3. Once the support app has launched, grant Screen Recording, Accessibility, and Full Disk Access to Remote Support Customer Client.
