Audience: Users requiring remote support on macOS.

Description: If you are having issues on your Mac computer and need remote support from NGU IT Services, this guide will walk you through how to enable our remote support session.

Environment: macOS

Enable RemoteSupport Access

  1. Navigate to https://ngu.bomgarcloud.com.
  2. Click on the name of the technician who is supporting you to download the file that gives them remote access to your computer. Find the downloaded file and double-click to open.
  3. Once the support app has launched, grant Screen Recording, Accessibility, and Full Disk Access to Remote Support Customer Client.
