Environment: Avaya desk phones

Solution

Forward calls

1. Dial #72:
   1. For a local number, dial 9 followed by the full 10 digit number.
   2. For long distance numbers, dial 91 and the full 10-digit number.
2. Once you have dialed the number, the phone will buzz three times to confirm. Calls to your desk phone will now forward.

Stop forwarding calls

Dial #73 on your desk phone. It will buzz three times to confirm, and calls to your desk phone will no longer forward.
