Cengage/Canvas tips

  • To remove a Cengage Homework item from the Canvas Gradebook and Modules, delete the link to the assignment from the ASSIGNMENT tab on the left hand side of the Canvas course menu.
  • The most common mistake in Canvas is publishing an assignment but forgetting to publish the Module the assignment sits in. To avoid issue, we recommend looking at your course from the STUDENT VIEW to make sure all of your links are published and visible to students before class starts.
