How to print with PaperCut
To get started, contact the IT Services Help Desk to install the Find-Me Printer on your NGU device by calling (864) 977-7272 or emailing its.helpdesk@ngu.edu.
Know your six-digit NGU ID number
- Your print jobs are associated with your six-digit NGU ID number. Your documents can only be viewed, released and printed with your ID number. No one can access your print queue without your ID number.
- To get your ID number, you can look on your employee ID card or:
- Sign into my.ngu.edu
- In the top-right corner, select the profile icon
- Select My profile & settings

- On the first line next to your name, view your six-digit ID number

Print documents with FindMe Printer
FindMe Printer is a cloud-based printer. With FindMe, you can print from your computer to any printer on campus where the PaperCutMF software is installed.
To print a document,
- Open the Print dialog while viewing a document as if you are printing a document.
- For Printer, select the FindMe Printer on PaperCutMF.ngu.edu:
- If you do not see the FindMe Printer, contact IT Services.
- Most printers on campus have the PaperCutMF software installed. Find one or ask your department's administrative assistant where to locate one.
- Enter your six-digit NGU ID number in the ID field, shown below, and tap Log in:

- To print documents in your print queue,
- Tap the checkbox next to the document title(s) that you would like to print.
- Check Print as 2-sided if desired.
- Tap Print.

- If you would like to delete a document from your queue,
- Next to the document's title, tap the checkbox.
- Next to the Print button, tap the trash can icon.
- If you would like to copy or scan after you have printed, in the top-left corner tap the printer icon.
Scan and print documents
- Find a printer with the PaperCutMF software installed.
- Enter your ID number and tap Access Device:

- Tap Copy or Scan:

- With Scan, you can scan to email.
- Select Me to send to your NGU email address
- Manually enter a recipient's address by tapping Direct Input

Sign out of printer
To sign out, in the bottom-left corner tap the lock icon:
