Overview

On April 1, 2025, we will begin our transition from RapidIdentity to Microsoft for Single Sign-On (SSO). Initially, this change only impacts Microsoft services. When signing into these services, you will be guided through the updated login process, including setting up new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with Microsoft Authenticator or SMS.

Important for Faculty and Staff: If you have an existing RapidIdentity account in Microsoft Authenticator, do not delete it. You will still need this account to access certain services, such as Blackboard and Slingshot.
