Powering On/Off
Turn On

(for presenting with HDMI) on the Biamp controller on the wall.

Presenting Content (No Teams Meeting)
To present
wirelessly
with the AirServer,
Tap
neat bar + share
(on the Biamp controller on the wall (shown above).
The TV should come on and the AirServer should automatically show (indicated by a picture of campus and directions to connect). If it shows the Teams interface (a calendar and options to meet or join a call), tap
Share
on the Teams console to present content via AirServer.
Cast to
AirServer
:
For Windows PC
: Press
Windows + K
, then select
Plaster 105
(or Plaster 136) from the Cast pop-up.
For NGU-issued Mac
: Click the
Control Center
icon (top right), select
Screen Mirroring
, and choose
Plaster 105
(or Plaster 136).
For Personal Mac
:
Connect to the
Guest Wi-Fi
(“Plaster Boardroom 217”) using the password displayed on the AirServer screen.
Click the
Control Center
icon, select
Screen Mirroring
, and choose
Plaster 105
(or Plaster 136).
To present with
an HDMI cable
,
Tap
Table HDMI
on the Biamp controller on the wall (shown above).
Connect an HDMI cable to your computer and the HDMI jack in the center of the table.
Hosting a Teams Meeting
Scheduling a Teams Meeting
Open Calendar
: Use your Microsoft Outlook or Teams calendar to schedule a meeting.
Invite Room
: In the meeting creation window, add
Plaster 105
(or Plaster 136) in the “Add a location” field.
Set Date & Time
: Choose the meeting date and time.
Invite Attendees
: Add participants by entering their email addresses.
Enable Teams Meeting
: Ensure the “Teams Meeting” toggle is turned on.
Send Invitation
: Send the invitation to confirm the room booking and notify attendees.
Starting a Teams Meeting
View Scheduled Meeting
: The Neat controller (Teams console) on the table and the hanging displays will show your scheduled meeting.
Join Meeting
:
If it’s a Teams meeting, tap
Join
on the Neat controller.
If no meeting appears or the room wasn’t invited, tap
Join with a meeting ID
and enter the ID from the calendar invite.
Sharing Content
Tap Share
and
Connected Device
on the Neat controller to share your screen.
Cast to AirServer
.

Inviting People During the Meeting
Teams
: Type a name on the Neat controller. If the person is in the NGU directory, their NGU email will be available to add.
Phone Call
: Dial an 11-digit phone number on the Neat controller and tap to call.
Note
: Phone participants cannot view shared content.
