Audience: All users with an NGU email address
Description: Directions for downloading Microsoft 365 applications on personal devices.
Environment: Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android
Download and install Microsoft 365 (PC)
- Open a web browser and go to the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) download page.
- Select your operating system (Windows or macOS) to download the installation file.
- Once the file has been downloaded, locate it in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (macOS) and open to install. Follow prompts to complete the installation.
- Once the installation has completed, open an app to activate using your NGU email address and password.
Download and install on mobile devices
Alternatively, you can download Microsoft 365 applications on your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, or Android) or Mac by downloading from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once the applications are downloaded, sign in with your NGU email address and password.
