Installing/Updating Jenzabar (J1) RemoteApps Connection (2024)

NOTE: This guide is for Windows computers.

  • Remove any Jenzabar RemoteApp shortcuts that you may have pinned on the taskbar

  • Open RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

  • Follow either the instructions to update or install below.

To install the Jenzabar (J1) RemoteApps Connection for the first time:

  • Click Access RemoteApp and desktops as shown in the screenshot below.
  • Enter the connection URL of https://nguapps.jenzabarcloud.com/rdweb/feed/webfeed.aspx . Click Next and then Next.
  • Enter your NGU credentials and click OK. Click Finish.
    • NOTE: For your username, type NGU\ before your username (i.e. NGU\jlosh).

To update the Jenzabar (J1) RemoteApps Connection, click Properties.

  • Click Update Now

  • Click Finish

  • Now you can open Jenzabar One Desktop 2023 and pin it to the taskbar if desired
