Downloading Microsoft 365

With NGU, you have complete access to Microsoft 365 and all of the Office applications, as well as 100 GB of cloud storage with OneDrive.

1. Access the NGU SSO Portal

• Open your web browser and go to sso.ngu.edu.

2. Log in to Your Account

• Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in to your SSO account.

3. Set Security Questions (if prompted)

• If this is your first time logging in or if you haven't set up your security questions before, you'll be prompted to set three security questions.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to select and answer each question.

• After setting the security questions, save your answers.

4. Navigate to Microsoft 365

• Once logged in, look for the Microsoft 365 bookmark or link on your SSO dashboard.

• Click on the Microsoft 365 bookmark.

5. Download Microsoft 365

• You will be redirected to the Microsoft 365 portal.

• Click on the Install and more drop down and select Install Microsoft 365 apps.

• Click on Install Office to download the installer.

• Once the installer is downloaded, open the file and follow the prompts to complete the installation process.

6. Sign In to Microsoft 365

• After installation, open any Microsoft 365 application (e.g., Word, Excel).

• Sign in using your NGU email and password to activate the software.
