NGU Network ID and Email
Your NGU Network ID is a combination of your last name and the last four digits of your student ID, ensuring a unique identifier (e.g., wayne1234). If your last name surpasses 11 characters, it will be shortened to maintain a username no longer than 15 characters. Additionally, any punctuation or special characters in your last name are omitted in your Network ID.
Once your student status is confirmed, whether through a deposit payment or class enrollment, your Network ID will be generated within three days.
Your email is your Network ID followed by "@ngu.edu" (e.g., wayne1234@ngu.edu).
Password
Your initial, automatically-generated password comprises the first two letters of your last name (with the initial capitalized), followed by the first two letters of your first name (initial capitalized), and your birthdate in mm/dd/yyyy format, separated by backslashes. For instance, John Smith, born on January 2, 2003, would have the password: SmJo01/02/2003.
